The Cass County Agricultural Association's Annual Meeting will be October 20, 2014 at the Backus Legion at 7pm. All are invited to attend!

There is an exciting fair schedule planned for the 2014 Cass County Fair and we are thrilled to be bringing back Magel Carnival Rides. We also are working with the Farm Bureau to offer a community breakfast at farmer-share prices, have a tractor and pull contest, and Cock-a-Doodle Zoo where fair-goers can visit an exotic zoo complete with lizards and kangaroos. Other fair activities also include the authentic Bear’s Den Pig Races, Baja Rally Races, LLBO authentic drum and dance performances, entertainment, and many kids’ activities including the favorite, Tiny Farm Hand Tours. You won't want to miss the talent show, 4-H livestock shows and even a youth livestock auction. There are many things for you to participate in free of charge and we also encourage you to enter an item in the fair and test your talents. Everyone of any age may bring in their favorite photo, jar of jam, flower arrangement, scrapbook page, or even a horse to compete at the Cass County Fair (see premium book for specific details and classes).
